Even though the shop is only 10 minutes away. After waiting over 1 hour for them when they arrived they were cold and hardly edible

Took over an hour to get our food. When we got the food it was cold and 2 of the 3 orders was wrong I ordered fish cake and chips but ended up with cod and chips, the other order was supposed to be haddock and chips but ended up with cod. Overall not happy. Will not be using this chip shop again.

Always order from here food always lovely and hot and tastes yummy you sometimes have to wait a bit but you know this from your estimated delivery time how long its going to be , but always worth the wait .

First time ive try'd Kingstons chip shop, order was spot on everyone enjoyed there food.We had it delivered which came in the time it said it would be, will order again.

As a rule your food is perfect. Today however the fish smelled like ammonia and was dry and stuck to the batter. The burger was fine. The batter would’ve been tasty, but it clung to the dried-out cod - I could hardly get the fish away from the batter as I give the dog some of the normally soft, flaky cod.

Gave them 2 stars as the fish we ordered had hardly any fish in it mostly batter , chips were not nice, waited nearly 2 hours for delivery , I understand busy times , this was the 2nd time this has happened. Will not use again

Dont know what happened to kingstons last night waited 2 and half hours for my order then when received the burger was over cooked and rock hard and when rang to find out where my order was they said it was getting wraped and got NO apologyfor taking over 2 hours.

*****This was the best fish and chips dinner I’ve had so far from Kingston’s - chunky, flaky white cod with a nice, thin, crispy batter, just the regular amount of Chinese curry sauce, mushy peas and special sausage and chips*****. Deliver drivers are also punctual and friendly. ***** ***** *****

Delivery took over an hour to arrive from time of ordering, but it was hot when it came. The food was ok and chips were decent. The issue we had was that two items were missing, this is a big no no for a delivery order.
